The location is very good with near proximity to mrt, supermarket and food places. The apartment looks modern and high tech. But the bed and pillow is a bit hard.

Stay 2 nights in this apartment hotel. The hotel's surrounding was quite and peaceful. There is no front desk, so self-check-in instruction was provide to us via email before check-in, and its quite easy to check-in. Room was clean and beddings are comfortable, but the drawback is that it's quite cramp for 5 adults as there is hardly any space for luggage and to move around. There is no complimentary drinking water, coffee/tea, and no daily cleaning service nor amenities which is typical for apartment type hotel. The plus point is that the room comes with a small pantry equipped with microwave oven, mini-fridge, stove, sink, cup, plate & cutlery and a washer. The hotel is a short walking distance from a subway/metro train station, and there are eatries/restaurant and 24hr convenient stores nearby. It's also onĺy 15min walk (650m) to the popular traditional market and shopping street - Shinsekai, with plenty of restaurants, bar and street foods to choose from. As we're driving, we are able to park our car at the porch area in front of the hotel entrance, so it's quite convenient. Overall, we're happy with our stays and will consider the hotel for our future trip if we've lesser occupants or if we're driving.

Good location but keep in mind the railway noise

It is very close to JR station but 10 mins walk to city subway lines. You can hear the subway sound as it is too close to JR railway so please consider the point if you need a quiet room. Thanks for the chain lock (free of charge) which can be used before checkin and after checkout.

I understand that this is a self-help hotel, and there is no front desk. When I check in online, I cannot get the room and access details instantly. Unbelievable! The hotel sends the details to Expedia and I need to wait a long time before Expedia forwards it to me. I can’t believe I’m locked of the hotel for a long time as a paying customer. The emergency customer service hotline at the entrance is unavailable and wastes me tons of international call fees. Recommendation: display the room and access codes ON THE CHECK IN WEBPAGE instead of sending another email

8 Days Family Trip

8 days 8 night family trip with 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 5 years old). The apartment is very convenient located next to Shin Imamiya Station (45minutes Airport Express Train Ride using Nankai Train from Kansai International Airport) and a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest subway. There are convenient store and a supermarket right behind the apartment. Other then that, there isn't much facilities nearby. The only unpleasant is the property staff only ask me to do a check-in to the hotel but did not inform me about the check-in information (room number and passcode entering into the lobby). I need to using LINE apps to find out the information from him when I arrived at the lobby. As this isn't a hotel, so everything is self-service check-in and check-out; without all this information and instruction, we are stucked for a 15 minutes before entering into the lobby and room. The room has multiple beds however the walk way is quite clampy. After laying open all the luggages, there isn't much space for you to walk, so most of the time, we are bed hopping into the most inner bed but the bed is comfortable enough to have a good night sleep. Overall, the hotel is great for a group stay and the price is decent. I will still stay here if I am to visit Osaka again in future.

客室は清潔に見え、子どもたちも大喜びでした！近隣に駅、ファミマ、スーパー、向かい側に交番があり、利便性と安全性は最高でした！キッチン用品も充分揃っていて便利でした！ 2泊して気になったのは、換気扇に埃が付着していたからか、少し部屋が埃っぽく感じた瞬間があった事と、風呂場のゴムパッキンなど隅の方の清掃に行き届いていない赤カビ部分があり、持参したスポンジで清掃しておきました。あと、902号室のトイレのドアノブは緩んでガタついていたのでチェックした方が良いと思います。 総合的に見て、このお値段でこのクォリティは満足でした！また大阪に行く際は利用させていただきたいと思います。

良かった点:事前に暗証番号が送られて、ロビーやお部屋はその暗証番号で入れます。そのため、受付スタッフがいなくてもセキュリティは守られていると感じました。お部屋に電子レンジがあり助かりました。困った点:食器がありますが、スポンジが掃除用？に思えて使いませんでした。朝にドライヤーが動かず、ホテルの連絡先に電話したら、9時からしかスタッフが来れないので待っていてほしいと言われました。旅行のプランを変更しなければいけなくなり、困りました。ただ、スタッフさんは親切なので、日中のうちにお部屋の設備を確認しておくと良いと思いました。
