Apartment was clean and located near to travel links. Good amenities nearby. The apartment is right near a train line so expect noise regularly even with doors closed you are able to hear this loudly. Didn't cause us any issues but something to be aware of.

Lots of train noise

The place it pretty nice and comfortable accept being way to close to the train lines. If you have trouble sleeping in noisy places I recommend you skip this hotel trains are constant end very late and start very early.

I am surprised, how the owner accommodated so many options in such a small place. Washing Machine, separate toilet, balcony, storage place and even weighing scale…everything was available. Even the train noise was blocked and we could quietly sleep at night..Wonderful stay. I would stay again.

The property is really close to JR Temma Station, just about 4 minutes away. But the main entrance of the building actually is located in a very quiet alley, which may make people fear a bit at the beginning when going back at night alone. Beside this, every is very good.

Osaka holiday

On arrival, checking in took a while as the tablet provided to take pictures of ourself with passports could not hold its Internet connection so we had to keep trying again. On checking in and making it to the room, it smelt of chemicals which was not the best. The kitchen utensils were all dirty and needed to be washed. The heating throughout the apartment was very dissapointing as we had a day or 2 of colder temperature and it was freezing thoughout the apartment, no other source of heating apart from the air conditioning. No proper way of drying clothes either apart from hanging them out on the balcony which is not very secure. The only benefits were we needed to add an extra day at the beginning which they managed to do. And we were in a convenient location. With a few adjustments to this apartment we would visit again.

The apartment was very close to the JR Temma station, it’s on the Osaka Loop Line which is very convenient! (That being said it’s also very loud because of the trains, they provide ear plugs but if you are sensitive to sound this may be an issue) We were able to drop our luggage off before the check in time into the entryway of the apartment which was very handy. Typical Japanese apartment layout with a balcony. I received an email saying we were ok to check in but upon arrival our room was still being cleaned. This was fine the cleaner finished up and left which was no problem. Unfortunately the apartment it was very dirty. The floor was very dirty the bottom of our socks were brown with dirt after walking around inside the room. I also found a large piece of glass broken under one of the beds. The toilet smelt very bad, there was an awful lingering smell that just would not go away. Really quite unpleasant. Drains in the bathroom were dirty and the area around the sink in the bathroom was grimey. I contacted the staff about the dirty room and glass, promptly replied and said they could send the cleaner back but by this time we had already unpacked and figured it would be easier to just deal with it ourselves than have to pack up everything for the cleaner to come back. I did not feel comfortable staying here We stayed for about 6 nights, I would not stay here again. I was very excited for my stay here but unfortunately left disappointed.

Our first walk from Temma Station to the property was exposed us to some grafitti, disposed luggage, and some trash. However, once at the property our concerns were extinguished. The room had great amenities and was extremely clean and user-friendly. We loved our stay.

Nice little place to stay but very noisy because the train tracks are right there. Kitchen fan looked not to be cleaned in a long time. Bathroom door handle was broken. Local McDonald’s was the worst I have had in Japan.

This property is not what I expected. I knew it was right behind the train tracks and the noise doesn’t bother much. But the check in process was a tablet that you use to check in but the WiFi doesn’t work on it. So you try to communicate with them through a separate app or you need to call them. The room was very nice and clean. But they don’t offer room cleaning service. It’s right next to plenty of shopping areas. However, the walk to the hotel is sketchy and the area at night becomes sketchy as well. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Bad experience

Just by the railway line. Very noisy at daytime. During 12 pm to 4am there are fewer trains. No room service since check out. Have to dump the trash by yourself. Check in time after 16:00, but check out before 10am. It was not a good experience and it didn’t deserve the room rate. Suggest not to choose this apartment.

Our room was on the ground floor and it was very noisy as the building backs to the train tracks. This place is definitely not for light sleepers. The owner/management is a cheapskate. They refused to replenish the laundry detergent even for longer stays so be prepared to buy your own supplies if you plan to stay longer as they dont care about customer service and count nickels and dimes. Location is very accessible and convenient- close to both Metro and JR lines. I got a different unit from what I booked, different layout and possibly smaller that what I expected.

Worst hotel and experience in my life! Avoid

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life and a complete nightmare for my family and me. Do not stay here. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was nothing like the photos. The room was filthy, with visible grease, hairs, and dirt throughout the worn-out furniture. The state of the bathroom and kitchen was unacceptable. To make matters worse, a train track is located just 20 meters away, and the relentless noise was unbearable, making the room completely uninhabitable. We immediately checked out, as staying was not an option. This is where the nightmare truly began. We spent days of our family vacation and countless hours attempting to resolve the issue with Hotels.com. We were initially assured by an agent that we should not worry about the cancellation and would receive a full refund. Relying on this misinformation, we were forced to book a new hotel at an additional cost, plus extra transportation. Despite my good-faith efforts and providing all the requested evidence (photos and videos), the hotel has now refused to issue a refund. Hotels.com, whose agent's promise I relied on, has been completely useless, informing me there is nothing more they can do. I am now being forced to pay for two hotels. This property and Hotels.com's abysmal customer service completely ruined a portion of our long-awaited trip. Avoid at all costs. You will not get what you paid for, neither the property nor hotels.com will take responsibility

割安で使い勝手はよかった

大人女性３人で宿泊しましたがベッドはとても快適で清潔でした。気になっていた、電車の騒音は予想していたほどひどくはなく耳栓なしでもよく眠れました。キッチンに売り物の桃を包んでいる果物を保護するネットが2個フックにぶら下がっていて、なぜ捨てていないのか謎でした。食器洗いのスポンジが古くて使う気になれませんでした。お風呂に風呂椅子がなかったので体を洗い辛かった。室内の清潔度はよかったけれど、部屋の外はイマイチでした。 外廊下にビニール傘が数本かかっていて中に雨水が溜まって不潔でした。エレベーター横にヨーグルトの空き箱が落ちていて掃除の不行き届き又は他の宿泊者のマナー違反がありました。 入室時のタッチパネルの表示が英語でした。機械が苦手、英語が苦手な友人には勧められないと感じました。

・ソファーには血液が固まったまま付着しており、目を疑いました。ベッドシーツには直径10cmほどの体液と思われる大きなシミが残っており、ソファーの血痕とあわせて、極めて不潔で不衛生です。安心して寝られる環境ではなく、強い嫌悪感を抱きました。 ・換気扇の内部には埃がびっしり溜まっていて、清掃が完全に放置されており、このまま料理をすれば健康被害すら懸念されます。 ・冷蔵庫も故障しており全く冷えませんでした。仕方なく冷凍庫でペットボトルの水を凍らせ、それを冷蔵庫に入れて対応しまささた。 今回の宿泊は衝撃と不快感しか残りませんでした。宿泊を検討されている方は、同じ思いをしないためにも絶対に避けるべきです。 今回、こどもの粗相によりシーツを汚してしまったため、連絡し、後日クリーニング代を請求されました。清掃の行き届かない施設ですが、自己申告のクリーニングはきちんと請求されます。 当然のことと思い、申告していますが、そもそも汚れの目立つ施設ですので、報告したことを後悔しました。 ドライヤーやコンセントの数はよかったです。 - There was solidified blood on the sofa, and I couldn't believe my eyes. There was also a large stain about 10cm in diameter on the bedsheet, which appeared to be bodily fluids. Combined with the bloodstains on the sofa, it was an extremely dirty and unsanitary environment. It was not a safe place to sleep, and I felt a strong sense of disgust. - There was a thick layer of dust inside the ventilation fan. It hadn't been cleaned at all, and cooking in it like that posed a health risk. - Furthermore, after my stay, I was asked by email to rate the place 5 or 10 stars. It's likely that the high reviews are far removed from the actual poor conditions, and I strongly feel that this is an attempt to deceive customers. My stay left me with nothing but shock and discomfort. Anyone considering staying here should absolutely avoid it to avoid the same experience.
