被詐騙，被雷的好慘。

名為舒適飯店，實際上連民宿都說不上，就是單人套房日租而已，說可以最多住5人，實際上空間約只有不到5坪的空間，放2張單人鐵床後，額外3個床墊跟本無處可放，床墊、枕頭、綿被都是髒的，僅附上枕頭套、白布要自己套，自己鋪，最重要的是沒有空間讓你舖，都累死了，還要做苦工，浴室放的沐浴乳洗髮精還都沒任何標示，純粹用猜測的，還前後住了4晚，有種被詐騙的感覺，房價也沒有比較便宜，第一次在Hotels.com訂，就被雷的如此慘。

객실은 깨끗하고 세탁기, 멀티탭이 있어 사용하기에 편리하였음 하지만, 세탁조 연결 배수구에서 약간의 악취가 발생하였고, 가스레인지는 있지만 다른 도구가 별로 없어 요리를 하기에는 무리가 있었음. 호텔의 위치가 난바역과 이마미야역 사이에 위치하고 있어 JR선도 이용할 수 있어 편리하였음
