行った時に鍵が不手際で入ってなくて、困りましたが、すぐに違う部屋を案内してもらって、快適に過ごせました。とても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです！

キッチン用具や皿など揃っており便利でした。 食器を洗ったあとで拭く用にキッチンタオルあるとなお良いと思いました。

周辺で買物出来るところも多く不便は無かった。滞在にも不満はないが、強いて言うなら机と椅子がもう少し大きければ良かったかな。

還不錯的民宿

地點很好，離十三車站很近。 Check in.的方式很煩人，可能會讓不是常出國的人森七的程度。 但換個角度想，注重保全也是安全。 室內很乾淨，但放了兩張大床的室內也沒有太有活動空間。

Stayed with my two teeagers. The room was not as big as I expected, but had everything we needed and bed was very comfy. I was worried about the surrounding at first, but I had no issues with safty. We just avoid the street with many cabarets at night and walked through the shopping arcade, as it felt safer even late at night. Very down to earth neighbourhood, with cheap food and groceries. So close to Umeda. Only about ¥ 1,000 by taxi. I will definitely stay here again.

優點 1. 設備齊全- 洗衣機,陽台曬衣服,冰箱,微波爐,餐具,瓦斯爐 2. 雙床房- 雙床合併,適合親子 3. 購物方便- 附近就有lawson, 7-11, 業務超市, 早餐也很方便, 有麥當勞,松屋, 4. 交通便利- 離梅田一站, 去神戶,京都更方便, 旁邊就有公園,適合小朋友 5. 價格- CP值非常高,適合親子 缺點 1. Check in- 平板電腦非常難使用, 連線客服索取信箱密碼, 客服卻一直報錯, 素質有待加強 2. 附近環境- 附近較多深色場所

附近的治安不好！一個人晚上單獨行走要小心。入住時給的check in 資料完全打不開，還浪費電話錢打給客服後用很久才能入住
