"The room and hotel was nice but never cooled off till that morning. It was muggy in the rooms. The restaurant food was good, staff needed help. Had to order our drinks twice, no big deal. Until I didn't get my drink until after the food because waitress never came back to check on us. Then brought our food and never saw her again until check."

"We had a little problem with our room. Our air conditioner wouldn't stop running. But Michael was not only quick to see about repair but he quickly gave us a new room. Excellent staff and service!"

"The hotel was clean and our room was like the picture except no table in the room. The blackout curtains do not black out the room. Traffic noise is loud. We had two days but only stayed one because traffic noise woke us up at 5am and did not stop all day. No attendant is at the hotel until 3pm so not helpful if you need anything. No fans in the room and the air conditioner is in the kitchen area not facing the bed so need so airflow in bedroom area."
