Beautiful property with great views of surrounding area of Orvieto. A hike up to the city, so be prepared to walk, as is all of Orvieto. Wonderful staff who prepare breakfast and espresso for the morning.

Super b&b!!

Rosanna is a fantastic hostess!! The location is very convenient to walk , though a steep one, to the town. We spent a late afternoon and evening in the town - nice dinner at coco. Breakfast was great too - fresh espresso and pastries - too good..

While it was hard to find at first, we did locate the property and found it to be very nice with a friendly staff that was quite helpful. We could walk to Orvieto from the B&B and our stay was quite pleasant.

Lovely B&B with great views

A lovely property with majestic views just outside Orvieto. Rosanna was a great host. The breakfast was good. The one thing you do need to be aware of is that the walk into the town centre is very steep.

Air conditioner didn't work very well and the breakfast was too late in the morning. It would have been nice to have an in room kettle or coffee machine.

Amazing!!! What a service from the owners! Big room with an Amazing view. Air condition, and Big comfy bed. Big clean and charming bathroom, also with a view. Short walking distanse to the city. All areas were clean. Breakfast was good. A lage selection of homemade sweet. Excellent coffe. This is quality and service for your money! To be recommended!

A lovely B&B just outside town. Free Parking and Wi-Fi. Our room was a nice size, as was the bathroom, and had everything we needed. We also had a balcony with a lovely view of the countryside. Our hostess, Isabella, was delightful. She gave us restaurant recommendations and information on visiting the city. We loved that it was a 10 minute walk up to the parking lot where we could take the free escalators up to the center of the city. ( word of caution if you go at this time of year…it was a dark walk back with busy traffic, but this should not be a problem in summer daylight). The breakfast was delicious with hams, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, tomatoes, a large variety of sweet baked goods, toast and beverages. Lots of power for seeing beautiful Orvieto. Thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay
