Used the shuttle service to universal . You have to reserve. Spot the day before . Pool bar was closed the one day we decided to sot by it. Cafe was cute , the could have used some more help , tended to get very busy and the ladies working it didnt seem thrilled about it . Bed was okay. Room service ...
