Upon arrival, the property had no hot water, making all showers unusable until the following day. After the hot water was restored, the water heater leaked continuously for the remainder of our stay. Because the water heater was located in the attached garage, the leak created excessive heat and humidity that affected the home. The showers had mold and mildew in them and the overall cleanliness of the home was very upsetting. In addition the ice machine for the refrigerator did not work and when we cleaned the lint trap in the dryer, there were mouse droppings inside. It was also advertised that there were quiet hours in the neighborhood that needed to be observed but loud music and parties took place until 1am almost every night.
