"I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 this time only because I left my room at 5 a.m. for a smoke before packing up and leaving, but got locked out. The new passcode system that replaced the key card one is evidently not perfect. So, I had to find the right phone number to call (luckily I had my phone on me) in order to get back in. I really think it would be better to have someone physically present around the clock for just such emergencies. That being said, when I called the right number the person on call got me back into my room immediately without having to come to the motel. So, I will stay there again for sure. Nice place, very conviently located, great renovations, great staff."

"Nice comfortable place to stay at. It was surprisingly quiet and we got couple of good nights rest. The reason for the surprise is we noticed a lot of utility pick-up trucks around which I'm assuming they provide accommodations to workers from out of town. That made parking a bit hard but not horrible. We stayed here because it was a descent hotel to stay close enough about 50 min drive to Lava Bed National Monument. It was also convenient around downtown Klamath Falls and some shopping centers around the area. So if you're traveling and needed dining spots, gas, and refill on supplies, this place is pretty central. Overall good stay."
