The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean. They offered breakfast in the morning, and also had free coffee and tea in the lobby area.

We are senior citizens. My wife was in Orem for surgery. The doctor asked my wife to take a hot shower before going to bed with Anti bacterial soap. She went to take a shower and the handle in the shower was broken and would only turn on cold water. She was very disappointed and did not enjoy the shower that she had to take prior to surgery the next morning. Money for us is a little tight so the fee for the motel room was a pinch. We were not able to eat breakfast because my wife could not eat prior to surgery at 7:00 am on May 17 at the Orem Hospital.
Nice place to stay! Big indoor pool! Will definitely stay again

The front door on the inside came off. And the door lever handles must have been broken because there is a sign telling you to pull up. The toilet seat was not aligned so it would shift off to the side when you sat on it. While taking a shower the sliding doors would start to open on their own, as if they werent level to the ground.

It was a great stay nice and clean, pipes make a lot of noise when showering, heard the neighbors as well as mine, toilet seat didn’t fit, slide around on toilet.
We got there later in the evening ready to relax and our toilet didn’t flush. The front desk was happy to change us to a different room and we packed up and moved. We stayed 3 nights and not once was our room cleaned during our stay. Our garbage’s weren’t emptied, beds not made, supplies or towels restocked. I have never stayed in a hotel where this very common practice was not done.
The staff, room and amenities were good. But my issue may be with Expedia. I booked and paid for a lake view room and not a view of the parking lot. The hotel said they only had a reservation for a king room. Not happy with the lack of communication between Expedia and la Quinta
The hotel was fine (spelled like marijuana in my bathroom) but I paid for a suite and Expedia let me book one when there was not one available so I got a significantly worse room and they only gave me $30 back total for 3 rooms. The pool and breakfast were great and the staff did what they could to try to fix the situation.

Friendly front desk. Hotel is a very short distance off the freeway. Room is clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent. A great hotel
The door kept getting stuck on Thursday, when i made the front desk aware, they said maintenence would arrive between 830 and 9am Friday. When I told them we kept getting locked out, they said they have extra blankets and pillows and we can sleep in the lobby. By 10am Friday we had to leave to our appointment and maintenence still hadn't arrived. They eventually showed up later Friday while we were out. The elevator also hasn't been working since we arrived and my mom is handicap and has been having to take the stairs.
I felt it was very clean and had a good breakfast in the morning. I didn't like that I could hear everything in the hallways. I felt I could hear every conversation as though they were in my room. Perhaps less of a gap under the door would resolve this.
Room had a wet moldy smell. Carpet was wet between the bathroom wall and bed after showering!
Front desk moved us to another room which was helpful. The new room had food left in the fridge and pillow cases were inside out. Which makes you wonder how attentive the cleaners are.
I also left my phone charger there. I called and let them know exactly where I left it. The receptionist denied I left it behind. And they told me there was nothing they could do about it.
At check in my credit card was used to pay for two rooms plus deposit. I did not receive a receipt for either of those transactions.
At check out I asked for receipt and did get one through Expedia for payment of the two rooms.
No receipt of deposit being returned. I inquired of reversal and was told it was taken care of.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED DEPOSIT BACK. Please refund deposit.
Great stay and excellent front desk help. Very helpful kind and professional. Room was clean and inside pool was perfect. Enjoyed a nice free breakfast.
