"I believe the front desk agent charged me twice. I showed him that I book the room through the Hotels.com. He said it did not show on his computer. So he charged me $89.00. He also sent me to a dirty room. The room was not cleaned. It was not a good experience. "

"The room was spacious and the corner windows with window seats were very inviting. We had a room on the 5th floor so we're high above traffic noise and had a very nice view of the distant Hills. Breakfast was exquisite and reasonably priced."

"The room was clean, and the front desk clerk was pleasant. This is the only good thing I can say about this hotel! It's falling apart everywhere! Walkway from one building to another is literally falling apart. Spa is broken, has nasty water and debris in it. Paint peeling and wood rot everywhere. The halls smelled like freshener over mold. Breakfast was fairly standard continental style with nasty eggs, turkey sausage, biscuits & gravy and assorted breads etc. Soda machine and water machine were out of order. Yes, it's inexpensive, but not worth the savings!"

"The place was very nice & roomy. Front desk was very nice and accommodating considering she was all alone while so many people were waiting in line trying to check in. The only complaint we had was that the guests who stayed on the same floor had several children runaround between room slamming doors all evening through next morning! "
