"Excelente hotel! Todo muy limpio, las habitaciones con muy buena presentación, muy cómodas, baño limpio, muy buena conexión de wifi! El personal muy atento, nos ayudaron dándonos tips sobre lugares para visitar, para pedir tuc tuc para ir a la estación de tren,etc, muy amables y serviciales, todo muy bien! "The room was very filthy, there was dirt on the bed sheets. I booked a room with a view of the city but the room provided was completely different. The toilet was the worst. There was no hot water facility. There was a soap bar which was previously used. There were smelly rags which were used to clean the toilet still lying around. Overall PATHETIC"
