I'm going to be really honest I travel a lot for business. I have pretty high standards. I don't understand the people with the bad reviews on this place. I'm with my family my girlfriend and my teenage daughter. We have a one bedroom king suite here. The room is immaculate and is clean comfortable bed the whole bathroom is clean The property is well kept. It's not your average breakfast here They have biscuits and gravy they have eggs they have the pancake machine all kinds of cereal fresh fruit, juice they even have a cappuccino machine that makes cappuccino and lattes. All in all this is a good place to stay I would stay here again with my family

Everything looks better in the photos but The building is strange. There is a corridor in front of each room. The only windows in the room faced this corridor. So it felt strange to have the “window” open. So it is essentially an interior room with no windows. It seems like the rest of the property is the same. From the photos it looks like there are balconies but from what I can tell no rooms have private balconies. There was exposed floor in a gap in the tile.

Stayed 3 nights over a weekend and left Monday. We opted for the late checkout at 1pm. They have a 3pm option too, both for a fee. Since we checked out at regular time they refunded the late checkout fee. Every hotel should adopt this service. The best thing about the hotel chain to me are the beds and pillows. I know I’m going to get a comfortable and good night’s sleep at any Best Western. We all did. I like the private room option that separates it from the kitchen and living area. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel was in a good location, within walking distance of the Orange County Outlets and a close drive to the highway. It was quiet in the hotel and in the area. The Wi-Fi did not work even after notifying the front desk. The bathroom had pumps in the shower for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but they were out. I went to the front desk to let them know and requested other items. They accommodated quickly. Good TV channels, but the guide didn’t work so we had to scroll through to find them. Kitchenette is a great feature, however, without providing the appropriate supplies, it’s not useful. Nice room, but it needs touch ups. For example, paint chips and rugs unraveling, the doors to the bedroom don’t close fully, the toilet paper holder didn’t close properly, making the roll fall off with the slightest touch. So overall, nice place, that needs improvements to earn the price per night. I do recommend the chain and the hotel, with the needed improvements.

The room Wi-Fi very very poor need to use it spot to connect. Cleaning the room by request. No Waredrobes very disappointed from what I get. Approached the staff they can't help.

My apologies for the internet connection being slow during your stay. We are working on getting more routers through the property. We do not clean the stay over rooms everyday but do clean them upon request every other day. I am sorry your room was not cleaned during your stay if that was the case. We will do better in communicating that at the front desk. The rooms renovation removed the drawers and now have shelves in the closet area. I do hope you will decide to give us another try should you find yourself back in this area.

Pass but not the worst
Place was dirty and smelled of vomit. Parking lot also felt a bit sketchy. Room amenities weren’t bad though and the bed was not the worst in comfort.

Hotel room look older and weird smell
The picture online look nice but it is not real. The real is way older and not looking nice. The receptionist is not so friendly. There is no customer service they just want to get their job done. The room has weird smell. I probably will not stay again.

We liked the free breakfasts, the space of the suite and the bathroom as well. The place we need to go to was 5-10 minutes away so this hotel was really convenient. I needed a place for hair and make up and I called them if it was ok and they said it was alright. They were responsive as well on the phone as there was some noise upstairs above us at 11pm, appeared to be guests with kids running and got resolved. I usually don’t report if it’s minimal noise but these were successive thumping sounds and we couldn’t sleep not the hotel’s fault though.
