The metal thing under the bed is uncalled for . The floor from pool all the way to the 2nd floor was soaking wet from people coming out of the pool. No wet floor signs . "

"Room and amenities. Room heater rattled. Deadbolt on door did not work, pillows were a joke, way to fat all eight of them, no extra blanket for warmth.
No functioning pool, no bathtub in room, not advertised though. .Sparse breakfast items.
When talked with staff at checkout she just said well, you should have told us so we could move you.

"Someone else’s hair clump of hair was inside the pillow case, stain on the bed, mold in the bathroom, A/C worked half the time, phone didn’t work because there was no power cord, front desk pounded on the door at 7am thinking we checked out, then housekeeping tried entering the room at 9am. Check out was 11. "
