Overall, I can't find any faults with this place. Communication was excellent from booking to the end of my stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the place is meticulously clean and tidy. The sanctuary is thoughtfully designed and efficiently run. There's a wonderful sense of satisfaction knowing that your stay contributes to funding and sustaining the Koala Hospital.

Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.

It was lovely and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was perfect. The grouting between the floor tiles in our bathroom needed to be redone, it looked a bit mouldy. We couldn’t connect to the wifi from our room. The koalas were gorgeous. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be going back!

This property is amazing. So comfortable, clean, with a breakfast basket and late check in possibilities. The access to koalas is unprecedented. What a great place. The only downside is the poor signal/wifi/phone connection but that is not something the facility can do anything about.
