"When we got to our room, we noticed that there were no towels, the bed was not made, and there was partially eaten food on the counter. The person at the front desk said that all the rooms that were supposedly cleaned by a particular staff person were not cleaned. He also said the other cleaning staff did not show so he did not have another room available. He apologized and was very helpful in getting a refund. We eventually got a room at another hotel."
