"What a beautiful hotel, in a great location. Room was spacious and very clean. Pool on the 28th floor was lovely with the amazing views. Staff always helpful, serve you with a big smile on their face and will do anything for you to make sure you're happy. We will go back in two weeks' time, such a positive experience."

The rooms are spacious and very clean, but very dated—closer to 2000 decor and features than 2026. Would stay here again with lowered expectations for room amenities like USBC plugs and power outlets, etc. "

"My 6th stay here, so I must like it. It is a very good hotel for the money. It as 2 7/11’s either side. Shopping Unless it’s clothes you are looking for, you’ll need a taxi/tuktuk. It is time for a refurbishment. The passageways in tower A a re looking rather drab. Room are clean & tidy . Only thing I couldn’t do was turn air con down. I could lower it but in wouldn’t stay at temperature I set just re turn to the previous settings. If I stay in a Bangkok I’d stay here again."
