"On checking in we found no towels in the room and, on checking the bed, found hairs in it. However, when we asked, the sheets were changed and later that night they gave us towels so we were happy with a good response. The buffet breakfast was excellent with friendly staff and we enjoyed the rooftop pool. Aircon and comfort were good. The location on Soi Rambuttri is excellent. We have actually booked in for another one night stay on our return to Bangkok as we were overall very happy with this accommodation."
