"Hotel is pretty but not super clean. When we arrived the girl was out front smoking and was distracted when we checked in. The electrical plates were not screwed into the wall in the room, the bathroom floor was dirty looking, the sheets had black marks all over them and the bfast was a 2/10. We would not stay here again. "

"Rooms are clean and very basic.That's what I needed and that's what I paid for. TV most of the time the cable service doesn't work,so if you don't have your own internet service,you could end up staring at the wall.Windows are sealed so there's no fresh air.AC works... Guests are sometimes very sketchy. "

"I booked the hotel for my wife & son. They never got to stay due to their first flight being delayed/ cancelled by AA. That put them missing their connecting flight so after taking a way later flight They had to fly out the next morning. I tried to cancel but was told I had to work with hotels.com. There was only one person on the phone at the hotel that tried helping. So I tried with hotels.com to cancel and was told I should get refunded the $175 and had to pay $99 for that then was told I was NOT getting the refund at all! SO they Never got to stay at all and the delayed/cancelled flight was totally out of our control!"
