Precisa de melhorias!

O estabelecimento necessita de reparos, Wi-Fi não funciona bem, a TV é pequena programação péssima e áudio da TV horrível. O quarto atende as expectativas, cama confortável e bem limpo. A respeito dos funcionários: fui atendido por 3 recepcionistas, 1 deles não tem vontade nenhuma de atender, os outros dois são bem prestativos, infelizmente não perguntei os nomes. A cozinheira é bem prestativa e a comida excelente! Tanto o café da manhã quanto os pratos não podem ser consumidos no quarto por politicas da pousada caso queira deve-se pagar uma taxa (um absurdo), o uso da piscina e da área de laser só podem ser feitos até a meia-noite, deveriam estender esse horário ainda mais no período de reveillon.
