Great location ….. very clean….. very welcoming ….. nothing to dislike would stay again

Excellent location. Rooms are spotless. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was great.

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the arranging of transfers, the rooftop bar, the service. The room was incredible. Comfortable, superb beds, fridge, Aircon, view, bathroom (especially the toilet!). Location couldn't be better. It was a festival on our last night but the hotel thoughtfully provided ear plugs. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent anyway. A pinnacle of hotel experiences.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Amazing location, superb staff, one of the best breakfast selections (and quality) we have had anywhere, loved that it’s a la carte and made to order. Room very comfortable with a great shower and nice amenities. We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at Room Mate Gorka Collection in San Sebastian. It was a great location not far from the old town. Really wonderful and friendly staff who provided useful recommendations. The rooms were really clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed their bar/restaurant and breakfast. Highly recommend.

I booked this hotel simply because it was the only 5 star in San Sebastian, which was close to Mugaritz Restaurant, where I had booked a lunch surprise for my husbands birthday. The hotel, and indeed San Sebastian, turned out to be the stars of the trip. Mugaritz was lovely but this hotel is absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed in. We stay in top quality hotels all over the world, but this seriously is up there with them, without any of the fuss, arrogance or ego! We would stay...

A stylish hotel, located close to the heart of San Sebastián and its attractions. Staff throughout were helpful & courteous at all times. On the downside, the breakfast buffet area was very congested due there being little space.

Great hotel with very clean and crispy room. Location is fanstastic also.

The room was spotlessly cleaned everyday. Towels were replaced every day. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The glazing was excellent and blocked all outside noise. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and maintained the set point, which was adjustable. The hotel was a 100m walk from the beach. There are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants available and all within easy walking distance. I would use this hotel again if I return to San Sebastian.

Good location, staff very helpful and beautiful property

I had the most incredible time a the Hotel Zenit Convento and was really sad to go. Everything from check in through to check out was seamless and the staff extremely kind and accomodation. We really couldn't fault the room. It was beautiful, well presented. The only complaint I had to be fair though was the lack of accessible TV in English, and attempting to cast was also not too possible. I guess this is a non-issue anyway when you;re visiting San Sebastian, you'll want to be out and about...

Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so special. We had originally wanted to stay at the Mary Cristina which was full. However, when we return to San Sebastián we will go back to Villa Soro. Breakfast was a delight of locally sourced produce, and no eyebrows were raised when we came down to breakfast after 11am! A lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed, what more could you ask for - thank you.
