"Dianne was the best!!! I travel with my company and 3 weeks out of the month I will be staying with Best Western because of her. My first trip there was an issue with the plumbing but, management and the maid service was so very attentive and helpful. I was upgraded and everything went smoothly the rest of the weekend. I will be staying at this location EVERY TIME I come to Dayton Texas!! Great job guys!!!"

"Pro:Needed a quick stay for family after at late night at the ball fields. It was clean and cool. Con: Checkout at 11am but someone entered with a master key around 9:45 I’m assuming to try and start cleaning the room. Quickly shut the door but concerning. "
