"My girlfriends & I recently stayed at the Avaton Villas for my bachelorette trip and it was absolutely PERFECT! Eleni, Gianna and the entire staff went above and beyond. Not only did they make arrangements and reservations for us, they gave us excellent recommendations and local insights. The Villa itself was perfect, it was so clean and spacious with an amazingggg view. I can’t recommend staying here enough!"

"First thing to say is that all the staff were really friendly and welcoming, I couldn’t fault them at all. In terms of the hotel, the positives are the small, boutique, style of the hotel (I think just 30 or so rooms), and the fact that it was very private with a nice pool area. The only real negatives were the fact that the seating areas outside the rooms (where the hot tubs were located) had no privacy at all, very low, open mesh, divisions, and walkways that meant other guests walked right...

"Everything about this property is fantastical. I’m glad I chose it and I had a wonderful stay. Room clean and tidied up daily including refreshed bowls and cutlery as needed. All the rooms are close together but give 90% illusion of privacy so that was really great as well. Bed reset was daily. The sunrise view deserves a special mention. "I was shocked at how fully packed the sunbeds are on the very narrow beach in front of the hotel are and very expensive to rent. I had chosen this hotel for being on the beach but didn’t want to use it and at the end of the beach it was all stones and hardly any natural shade. "Great spot very central. Quite a few stairs leading up to reception so must be fit! Very spacious apartment and terrace. Beautiful Views! They were very kind to give us an extended check out. Only issue was no coffee sachets or tea bags or milk in the apartment on arrival and breakfast was completely different to what we ordered but perfectly ok. Also bathroom sink not draining properly?"

"DO NOT BOOK this property . When I arrived for a x2 night booking ,the WiFi was not working this also meant the TV streaming service was not available. I made contact via WhatsApp and also went to the Sister Hotel ( The Water ) to try and sort out. There was a total lack of engagement from the host. They told me it was fixed the following day but it was not. I verified the fault by taking the receptionist to the property . She agreed there was still no WiFi. I asked for some compensation for...

"Overcrowded pool area was the biggest disappointment - there is nowhere near enough space to accommodate the number guests they have - it is crying out for an extension to the decking area around the pool and hence the number of sun beds could be increased from the handful they now have."
