Great staff however watch out for the mini markets. They change there prices depending on there mood. We paid €2.50 for water and the next day they charged €4.50. Also take cash as you will pay alot more for using a card.

A parte il personale all'accoglienza il resto tutto negativo, la struttura è decadente e prova di manutenzione e mancava di ogni necessità per agevolare l'ospite, veramente deludente considerando dove eravamo ed il costo sostenuto (compreso tutto ciò che non era compreso nel prezzo Expedia ... Veramente tanto) alla fine il rapporto qualità prezzo non esiste proprio, le altre strutture che stiamo visitando in Gallura sono di un'altra categoria

si definiscono Resort m adi resort non c ' è nulla. si trattano di appartamenti all' interno di una grossa struttura residenziale in forte decadenza. piscina senza acqua , vetri rotti su zone pubbliche , tutto lasciato andare. si tratta di un complesso residenziale anni 70 in forte decadenza.Nota positiva la navetta che porta alle spiagge , puntale e comoda gratis. abbiamo avuto un appartamento pulito ed in buone condizioni . Attenzione agli extra costi tutti descritti nel sito

Der Pool auf den Bildern war ohne Wasser. Die Klimaanlage gegen Gebühr hat nicht funktioniert. Die Mini-Disko ging 21:30 Uhr los bis 24 Uhr ca. war das Disko-Programm. Die Febster waren überhaupt nicht isoliert. Man hatte das Gefühl man schläft neben der Bühne.

Die Musik war außer Mittags für einige Stunden aus. Es war so laut das man nicht schlafen konnte bis um 24 Uhr. Wenn man dann noch in den vorderen Appartement wohnt ist es total schlimm. Ohne Auto ist man auf geschmissen. Innerhalb der Anlage sind 2 Kleine Märket die ziemlich überteuert sind. Die Reinigung Gebühren von 60€ sowie für die Club Carde muss man 25€zahlen. Die Carde ist nicht notwendig ( ist für den Pool gedacht der sowieso offen und zugänglich ist) Man muss die Zimmer selber sauber machen sonst kostet es 26€ extra beim aus checken. Dabei musste ich vorher schon eine pauschale von 60€ für die Reinigung bezahlen….. Es gab nur eine Seife und 3 Handtücher und eine Klo Rolle ansonsten nichts. Die Anlage ist auch nicht mehr die die neuste.

Schrecklich würde ich nie wieder buchen Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption mir wurden 60€ für die Klimaanlage berechnet obwohl in der Mail stand 5€ pro Tag ! Die Mitarbeiterin hat von uns erwartet das wir unsere Müllbeutel selber entsorgen obwohl ich für die Reinigungsgebühr 60€ bezahlt habe ! Die Zimmer waren so schmutzig die Waschmaschine ging nicht ich will erst gar nicht von dem ganzen Schimmel im Bad anfangen

Decisamente no.

La stanza/monolocale è inserita all'intermo di una struttura gigantesca, che non offre alcuna riservatezza. La stanza non era molto pulita, si notavano distintamente capelli sul pavimento, questo nonostante siano da corrispondere 50 euro extra di spese di pulizia. L'angolo cottura è molto vecchio, composto da piastre elettriche che scaldano la stanza, priva di aria condizionata. Vi era un piccolo frigorifero rumoroso. Asciugamani a pagamento 8 euro a set. Leggete bene le condizioni contrattuali, perché vi sono parecchi costi extra: contributo per animazione, piscina, e servizio navetta per una spiaggia vicina da pagare anche se NON si vuole usufruire di tali servizi. Molto positiva la cortesia e disponibilità del personale della reception, aperta però ad orari stringenti. Comoda la posizione e la disponibilità del parcheggio.

Siamo arrivati e nel pagare ci hanno aggiunto tasse e pulizie consumi che non erano specificate quando ho acquistato il pacchetto , la casa non era pulita , non c’era neanche un set di cortesia, neanche un asciugamano, era tutto in affitto , niente aria condizionata, era a pagamento l’unica cosa decente era la piscina ma si entrava con la cuffia che naturalmente ho dovuto acquistare 3 euro l’una . Non ci tornerò di certo e’ uno spenna turisti!!!

Service and appartment were great, especial the view over the landscape and sea. La Corte Smeralda Resort is not the only user of this very large complex/ resort that could use some more maintenance and fewer vacant shops. Wi-fi coverage could be better. Besides us all guests were from Italy
