Hotel stefania was really nice it was clean ,close to the beach and everyone was so friendly and helpful, the one and only negative for us was that the bed was very firm , but that I feel is a very small negative.

Hidden gem

It was a comfortable stay in a great location for beach going. The hotel rooms are slightly dated but provide a cultural ambiance of the area. Vendors on the beach are a bit annoying but the view on the beach is spectacular. The staff is very helpful and provide excellent service. The restaurant and bar staff are attentive and the food is delicious at Nino’s.

Very nice intimate hotel with friendly staff

We had a very nice stay at Stefania boutique hotel. The hotel is perfect for couples looking for a quiet stay in great and cosy surroundings. However, what we thought was the best, was the staff. This goes from reception, cleaning, bar and waitors. It is a good idea to hire a car when staying at this hotel, because the surrounding area is certainly wort visiting. And having a car just makes more convenient. We would gladly recommend this hotel.

Terrible mistake

I chose this hotel because it says innthe advertisement that it is on the beach, there is AC and 2 hot tubs at the property. Well, it is near the beach and you have to pay 25 dollars extra per day to have beach service. The AC doesn't work properly and there are 2 tubs, its just not hot (not even warm). Breakfast is ok. Staff is friendly.

Wonderful beach hotel and friendly service! We were upgraded to the villas and the room was thoughtfully appointed with a nice balcony and patio area. The breakfast buffet was also very nice

My experience at this lovely hotel was just fantastic. It was all of the luxury of a beach front hotel with beautiful views and all the charm of an old world, Italian villa with such rich history. You can feel the love that the owners and staff have for this place. Truly spectacular. I would love to return some day.

Beautiful family owned hotel right by a nice beach. The hotel staff is super helpful with organizing taxi or a boat tour, making reservations, etc. The bus stop to Olbia is right by the hotel entrance and a small grocery store in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. I will be back.

Every staff member that we met was amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel is like family. My dinner at Nino's was the best we had during our two trip around Italy. Quick walk to the beach, lovely clean pool .... the breakfast buffet was the very best I've ever come across! Delicious homemade items. We will for sure be back!

Excellent stay. Hotel is a bit outdated but nothing you can't overlook, it adds to the charm. Comfortable. Property is a bit far from everything. Bus stop near hotel. Great private parking if you choose to rent a car, which is recommended in order to reach all the beautiful beaches. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with booking car rental, transportation to and from airport and excursions. Food at hotel is delicious. Restaurant staff very friendly and attentive.Great access to private beach. Would recommend.

Stayed 4 night in the middle of September. Property and service were great. Amazing food at hotel restaurant. Property is a couple of minutes from the beach. The ocean view that property offers is amazing. The area where hotel sits doesn’t offer much but the beach and about 4 restaurant options. However, bus service to olbia is across the street. Hotel would also help reserving taxi services if needed.

So i chose this hotel because of reviews and it is near the beach. Not what i was expecting its a quirky look and in rooms does look outdated. The hotel is split in two and i was based on the side away from main hotel. I didnt like that especially at nights when you had to walk over alone. Besides that, the staff were friendly and warm from Martha (blonde hair receptionist) to the restaurant and bar staff. Mickeal looked after me well including the owner i believe (elder gey hair man) and the tall bar man was nice....i forgot his name. I couldn't use pool too cold neither the beach but it was a beautiful view. Breakfast was ok and dinner well not sure there was a lot of options but im a fussy eater.... i stuck to seabass and potato lol which was lush. Better to have a car you are secluded, you can take the bus but runs every 1 hr. Overall it was a great experience there would love yo see what its like in the peak of summer. May go back.

Very nice friendly and helpful staff behind reception. Clean, comfortable room. Mixologist was welcoming and made great cocktails. Breakfast spread good. Dinner option disappointing as you only had the option for 3 course meal. Fab location with beach just down the road.

The hotel was perfect for our beach holiday. Very relaxing stay, our room had a wonderful sea view and it was great to have the use of the hotel swimming pool and gardens when we wanted. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, all very efficient and created a relaxed, family atmosphere. A few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but hotel food was very good too. Would definitely recommend.

Close to beach, food was good, nice restaurant staff Enrico and Immacolata. Nice pool area also. Shower in our room very small. We did not have a car. If you wanted to go to the town centre Ubers were crazy expensive Overall good moderate hotel.
