We checked in really late around 1am and the receptionist at the time said she only had one room available and it was a connecting room but that I could talk with the manager in the morning to see if we could switch to another room. The manager in the morning took care of it with no problem. That first morning it was a little loud but I think that may have been because we were right between the pool and gym. We stayed a total of 5 nights and the other nights, we couldn’t hear anything! Everyone on the property was very nice! Good location, centrally located with stores and restaurants!

One staff member said they could not help with finding a different fridge or move us. My daughters medication has to be refrigerated. After 2 buckets of ice, i went back up and a different person was there. He can and swapped the fridge outlet. Also, the area behind the hotels is exteemely unsafe. I had 4 kids with me and i definitely did not want them out there. Overall, great place for a night. Just worry about safety and some staff members not helping when help could have been given.

Property was okay. Room not a clean is I usually expect. Coffee machine in room didn’t work and the bathroom was very small. It was quiet and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was not great.

Check in & out was easy . I also like getting text alerts about my reservations. The property is nice & modern , easily accessible location close to the hospital. My only gripe is the comfort of the bed was way too hard . This means a cheap , hard mattress that’s built to endure years of use . I’ve stayed in lots of best western plus hotels & this bed is 2/10 for me

It was very clean and quiet. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have any issues. Breakfast was good and had more options than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Would stay again!
