Although the hotel is not a new one, still with good service and many nice staff. Not too far from monorail station, but think twice if you carry lot of luggage, so driving is higher recommend to you.
The overall experience is really bad. This was my 3rd day in Okinawa, and I checked in around 2100 with 2 luggage and 3 bags. When I entered the hotel by the main entrance, there was nobody try to assist me and I transfer those personal belongings on the hotel trolley by myself. Even when I walked to the reception with the trolley, the three receptionists watch me to act like a bell attendance without any assist. The corridor was full of cigarate smell and the washroom in my room is still wet. One of the lamp bulb was burnt. The housekeeping attendance was really impolite. On the 2nd day around 10:00 in the morning when I was still sleeping, my door was knocked and the housekeeping lady wanted to make up my room. I asked her to come later in English and she seems not so happy. This experience changed my feeling to the Japanese. My last few travel to Japan told me the Japanese was very nice, helpful and polite. But this hotel gave me the other dark side of the Japanese. I had never live in an hotel like this.
been 1 hour, still can't feel the air conditioning even though I selected 'high' button...
thought is located near beach and surrounded by low-storey building, so, willing to pay USD30 more per night (more expensive than city-area hotel). Turned out, I can clap hands with guests from neighbouring building, dark and limited outside view in room.
