"When I got to my room, the TV was on but there was no remote anywhere. I looked all over and couldn’t find it. The TV was too bright to sleep with So Around 10:30 p.m, I had to call the front desk. A man barged right into my room to search for the remote… I was alone in my pyjamas. Even though I kept saying I had already looked everywhere, he continued going through the room and my things. It made me really uncomfortable. Finally to get him out I ended up suggesting we just grab a remote from another room. I reached out to management but they think this is acceptable behaviour."

"It was a great trip. So happy we went there. Room was great and had everything we needed. Pool, hot tub and bird sanctuary was enjoyable. Nice that it is a quiet area. You can walk along the lake front quite aways thru different waterfront parks. Shaughnessy Cove was great to eat at next door as well as the hotel restaurant. Already planning to go back in the fall."

"Full breakfast was wonderful. Coffee pretty good as well. There was no gluten free bread. Thankfully we brought our own. Also no lactose free yogurt. There were alternate milks but would have been great if lactose free yogurt was available in request. "
