Sue and Dann were just amazing, not only considerate, as I have an food allergy and they went out of their way to accommodate it, but they gave us great recommendations to visit surrounding places which we would never have found, and really enhanced our visit. "Room was very clean and really very pretty. I can't remember when I've staying in such a nice room recently. Comfortable, spacious, and had everything I could need. Bed was comfortable, pretty sunset views across the water from the balcony. I was also lucky that my room was available early for an early check in, there's only one direct flight from my city to Kelowna and it gets you in rather early but at least this time the staff were able to help me out which I really appreciate.
