"Beautiful spot, lovely interior and great food. When we checked in for our two night stay the Staff member only put one day on our card. The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day". Really? Very unprofessional.

"The Neckarsulm hotel is located a few kilometers from the highway therefore it takes the time to find it. The hotel is located in the office neighborhood and it was quite quiet. It is too bad that there is no free parking around there.
The room and the bathroom were very clean with enough space for 2 people. My wife and I really enjoyed the comfy beds and very comfortable beddings. Unfortunately we found the breakfast for 16 Euro per person being very expensive and not attractive at all. "
