"Ahuriri Motels vastly exceeded by expectations. Great property with an interesting story. The cabin was much nice and larger than the photos already suggested. I could move in! Very comfortable and a great location. Loved the stay."

"This is one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at! Friendly check in and spotless room. The bed was very comfortable, room has a nice layout and I really appreciated the washer/dryer! The bench outside of room was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the sunshine at the end of my day. "

"Loved staying at Matuka - breakfast was wonderful, the ground were beautiful, location was convenient, and the room was so clean and comfortable. The weather was quite rainy while we stayed there and it was so nice to have a comfortable place to relax and still enjoy a nice view. Would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone staying in Twizel!! "
