"Writing The hotel was lovely, and the staff were always helpful, attentive, and readily available. There was certainly no shortage of staff\! The room was clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touch of the Nigerian-made chocolate. The complimentary coconut water was also a lovely gesture and a nice welcome touch. Although the security checks at the entrance can sometimes be a little frustrating, they are certainly appreciated and very much welcomed, as they help ensure the safety and security of everyone in and around the hotel. One small suggestion for improvement would be to leave the coconut unopened until the guest arrives, allowing them the pleasure of making the opening themselves. It would make the gesture even more special and add a little interactive touch to the experience. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, appreciated the attention to detail and excellent service, and would definitely return. I would happily recommend the hotel to others."

"A pleasant stay at Movenpick, the facilities were good, the staff excellent and a credit to the establishment, facilities were good, areas for improvement, shower was temperamental so it was hard to get a good warm flow, pool looked tired , apart from those 2 points it was a good experience, very secure and central location, will definitely recommend, I rate this 4 stars, but the staff are definitely 5 star willing to go above and beyond and am asset to the organisation, I hope they get the recognition they deserve"
