Das Hotel ist mit eines der besten in Odessa Strand. Erste Linie mit sehr gutem Service. Zimmer groß und modern. Kann ich zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Kenne dieses Hotel seit Jahren und bin Weltenbummler.

Front desk was misleading

I stayed in early June. Unfortunately it rained and forecast asked for more rain. My reservation was for 5 nights. After 2 nights I asked to shorten my reservation no need to pay a premium for beach resort when there is rain. Front desk told me I would get refund for the 3 nights I did not stay. Over a month ago still no refund.

Prinzipiell sehr gut aber mit etwas hohen Preisen.

Der Aufenthalt war prinzipiell recht gut. Das Personal bemüht sich sehr den Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind für Ukrainische Verhältnisse sehr gut, die Preise sind leider auch hoch, typisch für Ukrainische oder Russische Verhältnisse.

The property is clean and still has a fairly new look to it. However, there was construction all night and I mean from 2 am to 5 am as they were apparently building a parking garage. They knew this and still put me in a room that directly faces the construction! I asked to be moved so I could finally get some sleep. In terms of the staff, I only encountered two that had smiles on their faces. I find the men staff at the front desk are cold and not the type of front desk staff you want greeting you when you arrive at a hotel! The buffet breakfast is not really buffet unless it is the weekend, as during the week it is basically very thin and you need to ask for everything. The hotel is a distance from the city center and there is not much to do nearby.

Kein 5* Hotel

Wir waren ein Wochende in diesem Hotel. Haben wir wie gebucht ein 5* Hotel erwartet. Das war leider bei weitem kein 5*. Das Hotel ist nicht einmal fertig gebaut. Neben unser Zimmer wurde gearbeitet und das Personal war nicht interessiert uns dabei zu helfen. wir haben ein suite mit SeaView gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Deluxe DoppelZimmer mit StreatView bekommen, obwohl das Hotel fast leer war. Das hab ich nicht verstanden warum!???? Service ist schlecht, Personla unflexible und unfreundlich, Restaurant haben gar nichts im Angebot. Am zweiten Tag haben wir das Hotel verlassen. Nie wieder!

Nice hotel but awful staff

We stayed in this hotel partly because of a business and also because of leisure. The hotel itself has a beautiful location, and the hotel facilities are also good. We booked a standard room with balcony and sea view. However, our room was on a ground floor - there was no balcony and all week we were staring at the wall and cars rather than having a sea view. We insisted on changing room, but the receptionist told us "no". The hotel staff is coarse and impolite. It was a torture to go and have a drink or meal in the hotel facilities - due to the location you are sometimes forced to use the services. Anywhere else in Odessa we experienced top notch customer service except this hotel. They should not consider themselves five-star hotel if they cannot even provide 2-star customer service. Due to this issue, we would never stay again.
