"AC didn't keep cool off enough."

"The trip was great we stayed for 3 nights the first night was Saturday, the pool was very very busy with a couple of birthday parties at the same time, this ran over into the next morning causing a crazy and hectic breakfast. On the morning of our departure the hotel lost water and my smile and I were unable to use the restroom for the last few hours. I feel the things that made my trip less than perfect were things most wouldn’t experience I have stayed here many times without issue. The staff is always great. We live the pool area and the pool."

"Pet friendly, plenty of parking, lots of dining options in the area, and I like carpet on the floors."

"Building and lobby were nice. Room looked okay entering, bed was comfortable but shower did not work and faucet barely let out water. A bit outdated overall. "
