"Really nice hotel. Stayed for only one night but had food and drink in the restaurant. Order burgers but steaks came out, staff were very helpful to rectify the order. The desert ordered however took an age to come out. Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night. All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again."

It’s important to remember that this is a small business run by a couple, and sometimes reviews don’t reflect the full picture. We stayed here for a week and found everything to our liking. "most beautiful place where we have ever stayed !! the rooms were huge and the restaurant was the best we have had all in europe! There is a private court yard and it is a beautiful castle in a quiet little town. This is family owned and they are very nice ,sweet and hospitable. This will be our best kept fairy tale when we come back next year and for years to come. Makes us feel like royalty and the bathrobes and slippers and all the extra towels highly recommend this !!"
