The staff at this hotel was truly a highlight of the stay. Everyone was a joy to work with. The breakfast was very nice and the location does not get better if you are taking the train. One of the better hotels on my recent trip.

The hotel has an excellent system for those who don’t need a daily cleaning. If you display a sign, “no cleaning today.” They will leave you a package of clean towels, toiletries and a bottle of water. Precisely executed!

The hotel, I think, is very subtle to provide everything you need in the room. They even give us two colours for both of my wife and me. How thoughtful! We had the parking for free as well. Also, the breakfast was fabulous and the staff were super friendly. It was a pity that there is no onsen facilities. But it was good enough.

The overall experience was excellent such as clean room with renovation, well maintained property, tasty breakfast with wide variety of local cuisine and so on. Only downside was the pillows which are badly smelled, maybe aged one carrying strong sweat smell…. Upon my request, two pillows were exchanged to another ones but still one was bad. Having great experience overall, I could give 5 points unless I came across such an incident. In this respect, I would recommend for the hotel to invest all pillows to be renewed so that everyone can stay and has even better experience for sure.

The hotel is next to the station within one minute of walking distance. The bus to t within one minute of walking distance. The bus to the Obihiro airport departs from the front of the hotel so it is very good for travelers.
