The decore is very nice. Colorul with some traditional crafts hanging on walls and displayed. Two members of the staff were outstanding. The other would not make eye contact. I enjoyed the balcony very much ,even though the street noise below was loud and constant. (Not the hotels fault) I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood above the hotel. People were so friendly. Very steep walking, possibly not for everyone.

The rooms were nicely decorated, and clean. The bathroom was just renovated. The internet was fast and the personel was kind and helpful. The place is for the casual traveler that wants a clean and safe place on a budget. The rooms is perhaps too small for a couple for a long stay, but one or two nights is totally acceptable.

Little offside gem

Service was extrodinary, anticipated every desire. Beds comfortable with good linens. Clean bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. 15 minute walk to downtown area. Lots of restaurants closer. Quiet area at night.

El recepcionista fue muy grosero. 1.- Cuando llegamos al lugar nos indicó que no le aparecía una de las reservas. Le acreditamos con correos electrónicos de las confirmaciones. 2.- Un familiar llevaba bastón y nos dijo muy molesto que si habíamos leído que la propiedad no contaba con elevadores. Al final no nos entregaron las habitaciones que habíamos reservado, sin embargo nos dio una solución y nos proporcionó una habitación adicional; para estas alturas ya estaba un poco más calmado porque le tuvimos que exigir respeto y un buen trato. Las instalaciones y habitaciones son buenas.

mejoras para una mejor organizacion

no esta al alcance el estacionamiento esta retirado y se comparte con un hospital en el cual depende de la demanda del hotel y hospital ya que se llena y no hay donde estacionarse y tienes que esperar. en mi estancia de 3 noches no limpiaron la habitacion, al ingresar al hotel el cheking no es a las 14:00hrs es 15:00hrs asi lo maneja el hotel

Es un hotel pequeño, se encuentra alejado del centro y es necesario que tomes transporte para llegar ya sea taxi o camión, ya que la zona no es agradable incluso diria que se ve insegura para caminar, ya que son aproximadamente 30 min para llegar al centro o más. A poco metros puedes encontrar transporte pero las calles no son las ideales si llevas maletas. El personal es muy amable y al pendiente de lo que necesitas. La decoración es tradicional, sin embargo la limpiezas y moviliaro ya esta muy deteriorado y viejo. Considero que por el precio se puede encontrar mejores opciones, con una mejor ubicación.

Hôtel pour Backpackers

Hôtel dans un petit immeuble typique mexicain. Idéal pour visiteurs jeunes de type backpackers !... Moins adapté à une famille de 4 avec d'énormes valises ... la chambre est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur et les couloirs font environ 50 cm de large !!! De plus, il n'y a pas de climatisation.
