"This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....

"We loved our stay at Novotel Araneta, the staff was super courteous, the room was spacious and clean. Excellent location with direct access to the Gateway Malls, Farmer's Market, and Araneta Colosseum. Just in front is Fiesta Carnival and very close to SM Cubao and Ali Mall."

"Stayed 4 nights in October 2024. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. All of them from front office to restaurant and doorman are very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. The property and location itself is good. The only downside is the drain in the shower. Water is accumulating on the shower floor while showering; it drains but not fast enough so that your feet is not soaked in the water. Cony from Canada "

"Supposedly staying a total of 5 nights. On my first night stay my room doesn’t have air condition, no Wi-Fi, no hot water, they gave me a folding bed and when I complained to the front desk, they told me it’s because I checked in late. (Stupid excuses). On my day 2 they transferred me to a decent room. On days 5 of my stay it was a decent room but very weak Wi-Fi. Hotel employees are friendly and has 24 hours security."
