"Been staying here for decades for business. It is my go to for several reasons. 1) never had any issue with my car in the parking lot, 2) very reasonable price 3) hot tub and pools have always been working 4) grocery and restaurants are close."

"The Eureka Inn is a gem in the town. It has hosted prominent figures, now including my husband and me since before WWII! Winston Churchill stayed here! The Inn is a national historic site but is not antiquated. With modern features mixing with history, the Inn is reminiscent of a time when a hotel was for relaxation. You want to turn your phones off and step back and remember quiet conversations with old friends and new acquaintances. I highly recommend the inn for its proximity to the arts district and the waterfront. Eureka is everything the slogan for the state of California embodies: “ I have found it!” And we sincerely loved its charm!"

"Works great for what it is, a budget hotel. I slept great there, up to visit my nephew at Cal Poly Humboldt. No complaints, except maybe the water pressure, but again, that's pretty normal for a budget hotel."

"I stayed here so I could spend my days hiking in the state and national parks nearby. I liked that there were restaurants that I could eat at when I got back from hiking and I also liked that there was a gas station on site. I did not use the casino at all other than to walk through it to the restaurants. I would leave early in the morning and return at sundown, so I never really explored the grounds. I did not use the pool or fitness room. I would definitely stay here again."
