"Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. "

"The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. "Lodge of the Ozarks our go-to place every time. We go several times a year. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. The Lodge is beautiful and they keep it in top shape. The rooms are clean, spacious and attractive. The free breakfast is outstanding- they have anything you would want. The indoor pool is amazing. They have a fitness room. There are lots of nice areas for groups to set and visit. It has a great location close to many shows, restaurants and attractions. "

"nice room with comfortable bed...has a fridge but no microwave....they need to put a mircowave in the rooms...nice hot shower and the room was very clean.....nice hot breakfast and super friendly staff...Sue called me herself to make sure all was ok....my phone in the room was dead and I told the front desk...it never got fixed so I guess they were busy....I didn't really need it so it didn't matter to me...didn't have a clock in the room...I think they should put an alarm clock in the rooms for...

"Everything was great! Clean, nice rooms. Loved the convenience of having 3 beds, for larger families. Loved that the pool/hot tub is open 24/7, so if your coming in late and like to soak after a long day, your not on a time crunch to be out by 10:00, like every other hotel. Will definitely stay here again! "

"This hotel used to be our favorite in Branson. It used to have a great amenity, the indoor water park with slides, hot tubs and awesome poolside drinks and meals. We returned after a 2.5yr break from Branson and found out there’s nothing anymore. Now there’s really nothing that sets it apart from a Motel 6. Great prices though "

"I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...

"Clean and comfortable room. Check-in was super easy as instruction were sent the day of arrival with a code for the door. Simple as that. A relaxing stay with a delicious breakfast/lunch restaurant on site. We enjoyed the deck and chairs on the back side of the room overlooking Branson. Great place to enjoy morning coffee and the views. "
