The setting is beautiful and the concept has a lot of potential, but the experience did not fully match the premium image and price point the property promotes. "This is amazing place however I went during Eid and there was no staff. So I don’t recommend during Eid season. It was no staff during that time. Other than that this place is amazing."

"The staff was friendly. However, management took advantage of us. We were charged 10x the normal rate for certain services (for which we did not get the price for until after our stay). When I raised concern about this the owner threatened us and wouldn’t allow us to leave until we paid what they asked for. Horrible experience, would not recommend."

"At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless."
