When we arrived at 5pm we had to check ourselves in. There were NO staff in the hotel whatsoever during the evening, and in the morning it took us 45 min to find someone who could serve coffee (she was the only staff-person we saw during the whole stay). In the room there was no kit available for us to make coffee/the. I searched the hotel during the evening in order to find the gym - which turned out to be a quite small room with a number of exercise machine cramped together - that didn't encourage me to use it in the morning. The hotel claim to have chargers for EV's - and I did find two in a garage, but have no ideas if these were for guests or for the staff (and of course I couldn't find anyone that I could ask). We have been on a 16-day trip through Germany and France - and this hotel was unfortunately the least impressive of the ones in which we have stayed.

La bienvenida fue perfecta. Personal amable. Habitación lista. Limpia. Internet de buena velocidad incluido. La cena: la comida excelente. El servicio fue pésimo. Inexistente. El mesero vino a tomar las órdenes de bebidas. Vino blanco ligeramente arriba de temperatura. Para el calor se agradecía estuviera a perfecta temperatura. Tomó al orden de alimentos y bebidas. Primer tiempo fue rápido. De ahí en adelante lo perdimos. Nunca regreso a ofrecernos más bebidas. Tuvimos que pararnos a pedir más vino. El bovino estaba por arriba de temperatura de servicio por no decir caliente. No recogió vasos sucios. No vino a servir agua o más vino. Simplemente no había servicio. Estaba en su celular mandando mensaje cada vez que lo buscamos. Por accidente se nos rompió una copa. Se oyó el ruido del vidrio caer al piso. Jamás vinieron a limpiar. Tardó muchísimo en venir a ofrecer postre. Para la cuenta tuvimos que pararnos otra vez a pedirla. De verdad pésimo. Para el uso del Sauna. Nuestra llave no abría. Regrese al Lobby y no había nadie. Toque la campanera varias veces. Fui al restaurante y ahí estaba de nuevo el mesero con el celular. Finalmente él nos ayudó. Después de 20 minutos de espera pudimos utilizarlo. Las instalaciones bien y limpias. En la noche apareció un insecto en nuestra cama. Latina. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas no está mal. Lo mejor fue la calidad de la comida. Verdaderamente excelente. Todo. Lástima del servicio. Yo le daría un 8.8

Super Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Nicht weit von Nürnberg in einem Wohngebiet liegt dieser schöne Landgasthof. Ein neuwertiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Tolles kleines freundliches Hotel

Wir nutzen das Hotel immer wenn wir in Nürnberg einen Job haben denn das Personal ist super nett, die Zimmer sind top und das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was man morgens braucht inklusive elektrischer Orangensaftpresse😃. Ich kann das Hotel absolut empfehlen.
