It's located in the same lot as the huge gas station, beside a main busy road. On the oppside is a mexican restaurant , there is a pharmacy and a gym in the same lot. Thr hitel is very basic, not enough towels in the room, the beds where comfortable. There is no table light and not enough light to read at.night time. There is a small fridge but no coffeemaker and no telephone. A pool with a pool bar that was never open and.looks like never is open, a small restaurant with small bufgett breakfast, the restaurant is open at 4 pm for snacks until night time and acts as bar too. No elevators on any of the 4 buildings . It was hard to get coffee in the morning but they were open to suggestions and they ended up suppling coffee in the lobby otherwise you wouldn't get coffee. In the included breakfast they dont offer tea or you have to pay for it. There were only 5 lounge plastic chairs by the pool with no cushions, there are enough tables under cabana but it doesnt have good lighting. A lot of aunts around there although they keep the area very clean. Is a hotel far from any beach if you dont have a car. The airpprt is very close but the transportation from the airport to the hotel charges 450 pesos but unless you find a way to walk out of the airport and get a city taxi and paid 200 pesos you’ll have to take it.

Sylvia was very entertaining and fun. She danced in the rain for us on the Friday when it was raining so hard the location is good very quiet and felt very safe. There would definitely recommend it.

No elevators and had to haul everything up 4 flights stairs. Room not very clean. Stains on sheets and there was a leak dripping water onto bed! No apology or offer to fix when reported to desk! No breakfast available even though big sign out front said breakfast included! Pool was dirty and full of debris. Not worth the money by any means!

Spacious, clean, good breakfast
Stayed at Miami inn hotel after our flight back to Canada got canceled. last minute booking, the hotel is near the airport, affordable price, very clean, the rooms are spacious, big bathroom, comfortable bed, the staffs are friendly, good service, Good breakfast. The room includes pass to a splash park. If you are stranded at the airport and needing a place to spend the night, i would recommend this place. There's not much to do in the area, you have to take uber, taxi, bus, to get to central part of town.

Great property for family vacation and relaxation if you plan on only going to the water park. If you want to enjoy the night life know you will have to always figure out rides which will take a while to get to any other turn up areas.

THIS PLACE INCLUDES ENTRY TO WATERPARK. Why no one mentions that… it’s awesome if you have a kid or just want to relax and have a good time for the day at that price! Everyone was wonderful, room was great as was breakfast, thumbs up!

The in-room WiFi is a lie. It only work out on the pool deck and by the reception. Hardly ideal. Sewer flies abundant too. Had to close off the sink drains to keep them out of the room. Not walk-able to anywhere. A car is a must. Pretty expensive for no in-room WiFi and out in the boonies.

Comfy stay
Our stay was great, room was clean, beds were comfy and had nice thick blankets, something we get used to sleeping with as Canadians but usually lacking in Mexico due to the heat. A/C worked great. The rooms were spacious. Could use some paint here and there. For having a suit, it was also missing things like a microwave, and it would have been nice to have cups in the room also. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great place for families. Is next to a large waterpark! Room spacious, clean, recently updated and comfortable. Funky 50s colours and Elvis memorabilia! I was there new years eve, and expected some noise in evening. Very quiet! Car would be an asset, as few amenities nearby. Would suggest each room had info on times and menu of small restaurant. Also, which channels on tv had english stations!

So basically they would kick you out even though you wanna pay for an extension and they would require you to pay for 3 night instead of 1 if it’s the weekend, literally scammers.

The hotel was ok but there is no restaurant for dinner. The restaurant nearby is only ooen for breakfast and lunch. The pool is nice and the hotel is clise to the dolphin water park. Best to have a car

Our stay here was great. We have stayed here twice and will return. Rooms were clean, bed was wonderful. Staff was great. They have a swim up bar with a great bartender. They have a little restaurant right next to the pool so you don't need to leave the property.

Nice hotel but too far from the beach
Very nice hotel. People are extremely courteous. Rooms are very clean and have very modern toilet and awesome air conditioning. The color scheme and huge lobby are very eye catching and appealing. The bad is the wifi was very weak. A lot of staff seem to be preoccupied with their personal cell phones on company time.Very unprofessional. English at the front desk was very limited. This hotel is on a very busy road. Too bad they couldn't move it to the beach.There was no mention of a gym. There was no mention of the association with Splash Park.
