Novoselovskoe Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Good location for sightseeing!

Absolutely love this hotel. This hotel is a pretty basic hotel for hotels we've stayed at. It doesn't have breakfast a pool or many of the other things I'm used to when staying in a hotel but that is not why we stayed there. We stayed there because it's old and charming and best of all within walking distance of all the Broadway theaters. Most of the hotel has a very classic look to it that just says it's an old hotel. I loved seeing all the little details in the railings and the beautiful wallpaper and other such things that gave it that charm. The rooms are modern though which is nice. The AC unit in the window worked great. The hotel staff was fantastic and great at answering questions. There was always someone at the desk no matter what time we came. They even let us store our luggage after we checked out until we were ready to leave New York. This is definitely a place I will stay at again.

We stayed there with two small children, and it was fantastic. The room was very spacious, and the bed with the curtain served as a little fort for them. The building seemed designed as an office building, so the floor was solid (soundproof), and the ceiling was high. A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge was perfect! They also have a huge laundry room and a decent gym. The laundry room has some games, so kids can enjoy that too, and having laundry on site is extremely helpful with children. The shower area was a bit tricky, but as long as your kids can shower, it's all good. Well-thought-out design. In addition to all of that, the staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you so much! Wall Street is a great location for kids — our kids particularly enjoyed the playground at Battery Park, a nice indoor playground near NYSE, ferries to see the Statue of Liberty, taking one subway stop to visit the Transit Museum, and the tour bus we could hop on from Trinity Church, etc. Anyway, we highly recommend this hotel 👍

The hotel was terrible customer service, they didn’t have no channels to watch on the TV. There was a knocking sound all night couldn’t get no sleep. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room wasn’t so clean had specks of paint everywhere. No mini fridge in room. Hat lights looked like they were coming out. Shower had minimal pressure and didn’t drain well. No bedside table on one side of the bed. No amenities like toothbrush toothpaste or utensils. Not sure about avg price for a hotel in NYC but didn’t feel worth $250. Staff was incredible though
