No geral foi razoável com alguns pontos negativos, por exemplo: Achei o quarto barulhento, dá pra escutar o que acontece no quarto ao lado. Precisávamos descansar na parte da tarde, pois iríamos a um evento a noite, não conseguimos devido o barulho excessivo de outros hóspedes. Café da manhã muito bom, equipe de trabalho muito educados mas o valor da diária não condiz com o local!

Ficamos no Chalé. Ótima acomodação. Aquecedor de ambiente muito bom. O banheiro bem espaçoso. Tudo bem limpo. A equipe muito atenciosa. Café da manhã com variedade de itens. Não utilizamos o restaurante, mas funciona até as 21h30. Nas proximidades tem os restaurantes Chalet e La Bamba e pizzaria, todos de ótima qualidade. Na praça do Suspiro tem feirinha de artezanato. Dá para ir à pé até a Praça Getúlio Vargas, onde tem o Shopping e a outra Feira de Artezanato e andando mais um pouco chegamos na Av Alberto Braune. O comércio é muito bom. Muitas lojas e o Shopping Cadima. A padaria mais famosa, a SuperPão é um show! Tomamos um café na cafeteria Gão Raro Café Sanjaya (R. Nossa Senhora de Fátima - Centro), vale a pena. Uma delícia. As ruas transversais a Av Alberto Braune são bem variadas, com artigos muito bons. E por fim, terminamos o feriadão na Ponte da Saudade (Rodoviaria Sul), para as comprinhas finais! Vale a pena ir a Friburgo, curtir o frio e passear sem pressa!

Quarto limpo, excelente localização, o ponto de destaque é a equipe de funcionários. Amáveis, prestativos, educados, muito bom estar com pessoas assim. Ficamos na parte antiga do hotel, a água demora para esquentar, quartos com pouca iluminação,mas são amplos. Café da manha bem simples, não é ruim. Mas tudo compensa pelo atendimento. Quando voltar ficarei na parte nova do hotel
