Hotel advised a shuttle would be there at 3am to bring me to hotel on arrival - but no shuttle. Property is fine overall, but needs a coat of paint to refresh it. Staff overall were doing their best with a smile. Important: they do not take credit cards, only cash.

Cool hotel, main problem was that it is not possible to pay with card. The warning during the reservation stage was to "make payment locally", but I did not consider that this meant in cash. Fortunately had enough, just. Besides that, was a great hotel, helpful service, and good breakfast/snacks.

They were supposed to pick me up at airport but never showed! Literally left me stranded at 12:30am! On way back they said shuttle was free…NOT SO! It was $28! You are terrible! Skip this hotel! Not worth it, location is t bery good either. Breakfast will cost you around $10!

Some good, some bad. The hotel is kept well and rooms are like an oasis in Nouakchott. I would definitely stay here again. They offer a transport from airport to hotel which worked perfectly at the departure. On arrival, the situation was different: as I stepped outside the empty airport, there was no-one there. I was forced to take an overpriced taxi to hotel. As I came to hotel I had to argue with the taxi driver and hotel staff. They kept saying I had to pay the driver and their driver was at the airport. Well, I was at the airport in the middle of the desert and no driver there. Customer is at least sometimes right?

Great rooms in the center of town

The rooms are really very nice. one caution, there are lots of stairs, up and down, so not good for someone who can't handle stairs. And if one gets the great deal that hotels.com offers, that rate does NOT come with breakfast paid. It is however a worthwhile thing to pay for the breakfast. We have not used it but they also have pickup and drop off airporst service.

Hotel a 10 minutos do centro da cidade. O transfer na chegada foi perfeito mas no retorno a van não estava disponível e tive que esperar 3 horas para o transfer. Café continental bom com custo de 10 dólares. Quarto escuro com pouca iluminação e sem janela.. claustrofóbico .geladeura não funciona.

The Hotel is very nice inside, the TV in the room is way too small for the distance where is placed. The Hotel entrance is right on the street, which it may be not very safe, all this said there was always a guard in front. Overall very nice stay, with some precautions this may be the best option in Town.

European style stay in Nouakchott

We were very pleased by the overall experience. It is a lovely hotel in a good part of downtown. Parking was on the street in a dedicated spot.

Alojamiento justito, bastante cómodo y muy silencioso. Limpieza bien. Las 4 estrellas regaladas. Sistema de agua caliente muy deficiente apenas funcionaba y con dificultad, suerte que hacía calor y no se notaba. Aunque estaba limpio, necesita una limpieza a fondo de tuberías y desinfección hay olor y algun insecto, no molesto, pero no agradable.

Thank you to the whole staff Kebe, Mokhtar, Hassan for their kindness, availability and warm welcome, the Chef was just amazing with freshly cooked meals tasty, well combined and fresh fresh. I am usually very picky but couldn’t find a inch to complain about. The hostess was sweet and very professional. The driver Mustapha exceeded his assistance, positive attitude, happy and ok all the time even when he had to wait for me in the car when the temperature was grilling outside. Cozy place... great food.... wonderful people... thank you

Viza使用など、近代的機能がはたらくホテル

モーリタニはクレジットカードが通用しない。高級ホテルでも予約はインターネットでしカード支払いしたが、現地での追加滞在の支払いに同じカードが通用しなかった。銀行の自動引き落としも不可。これには大変困った。しかしこのホテルではVizaが使用可能で、入口のドアにもVizaのマークがあった。銀行での自動引き落としも、Societe　Generaleというフランスの銀行なら可能とおしえてもらった。初めののホテルは、VIZAが通用しないにも関わらず、通用すると言い張り続けた。その他、ホテル付の運転手も親切で、助かった。全員一生懸命やっている風だった。ただしここも、夜になるとInternet接続がかなり悪くなる。
