"The woman at check-in was very friendly. The room was fine for our one night stay. There was no elevator and we were right by the top of the stairs on the second floor so my one complaint would be the noise. Everyone banged their luggage up and down those stairs all night which made it hard to sleep. (No elevator)."

"Our cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel in general was in need of some maintenance. The air conditioner/heater was very noisy, the windows did not open and the sink was clogged and drained very slowly. The staff replaced towels and emptied trash every day but there was no real maid service. There was no pool or spa or breakfast. The cabin was nice enough but I feel it was way overpriced."

"Really enjoyed my stay here! It was a quick overnight before my adventure in the Badlands the next day. The hotel was clean, safe, quiet, close to Wall Drug, had a great continental breakfast and the staff were friendly! Would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling through the area."
