"The view from the small balcony is awesome. The hotel is right on the sea wall. Location convenient to downtown and is next to the main marina. Safeway in walking distance. Rooms very basic and you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms."

"I thought this was such a cute hotel! I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend to others. The only problem that I had was we traveled with another couple and we booked our room at the same time and paid the exact same price. But our friends were given a larger, upgraded room that had amenities that our room did not, such as a bigger shower, jetted tub and fireplace. I did question this at the front desk but really did not receive an exact answer as to why that happened. We would have been able to upgrade if there had been rooms that were available. Besides this, I really did like the hotel and even though our room was smaller and older it was very quaint"

"Clean and comfortable hotel. Good location. Only complaint is that they charge a per pet per night "cleaning" fee, as so many hotels are doing, yet they don't clean the room unless specifically asked. So we were charged this fee when there was no cleaning involved. I can see charging a one time cleaning fee but charging a daily cleaning fee seems ridiculous. At the very least stop calling it a "cleaning fee" and simply make it an additional fee. This goes for all hotels, not just the Quality Inn."
