"We always stay at SpringHill Suites when we come to Grand Forks and have enjoyed our time there. This past visit, there was a problem with the AC. It started leaking in the room, and there was water on the floor next to the bed. Because it was late and they couldn't get anyone to help, they gave me some towels to mop it up. I should have insisted on being moved to a new room, but we waited until the next morning. Luckily, they moved us to a room on the same floor, but they deactivated our room keys while we were moving. No big deal; we just had to prop the door open while moving things over to the new room. My husband doesn't like the toilet in a separate room from the sink and shower, but I'm used to it. Breakfast is always great."
