"We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

"Good location, spacious room, liked the pool My only complaint is that the room was never cleaned while we were gone. It was OK for the first day, but I even requested that the trash be taken out and towels to please be replaced for my room to the employee that was cleaning the rooms on our floor and she did not do anything. We were gone for the majority of the day, so there was plenty of time to get in the room."

"Our main issue when we pulled out the sofa bed was that the sheets clearly had not been changed. There were pieces of food wrappers and grass and pencil lead all over the sheets. The front desk clerk did immediately give us new sheets."

"The property was clean, the fragrance that is used is pretty overwhelming when walking in the entrance. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The whole check-in process was very fast. Upon walking in my suite there was a smell, like an old smell, if that makes sense. I think some of the furniture and carpet needs to be updated. The bedroom and bathroom were cool. The full kitchen was an added plus. Even though I only used the refrigerator. They have a bin for garbage and soiled linen...

"Very nice room and hotel! Loved the breakfast. Gym was new and modern. Parking was easy and convenient. Only note is bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Some missed spots. Also hotel a bit noisy by road. But it was great otherwise!"

"The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher were convenient. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was quiet. The outdoor pool area even has grills. The staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating, cheerful, neat, and professional. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary pomegranate tea :)!! Thank you for a comforting stay!"

"the hotel was very nice and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. it is a shame that the visit had to be let down by some basic problems. i have never seen hotel with such low water pressure. i do not know if this was a problem with the hotel or the local water system. there was hardly enough water pressure to adequately wash my hands. on top of that, they provide no small bars of soap. just some liquid soap mounted awkwardly too high on the wall to use easily. maybe they need to install...

"Price was good...BUT Bed was stiff and on the hard side. Pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Website pages showed photos of the Lincoln Inn, not the Executive Inn so all the breakfast area photos were false advertising for this place - no waffles, no coffee, nothing but a vending machine. I chose this place over another place I usually stay at because of the breakfast photos. Also floors were older carpet, not the "pergo" style floors in the photos. There was a jetted tub...

"El hotel en extremo mal estado, suciedad y malos olores por todos lados el mobiliario inservible las bañeras y el inodoro sin limpiar (asqueroso) sin toallas suficientes los pisos y las alfombras con muchísima suciedad, las camas son una desgracia, hay un comedor donde no sirven nada y tampoco funciona el microondas ni nada! No hay contactos para conectar el cargador del celular, no llega el internet a las habitaciones, drogadictos y malandros, el personal atiende a través de una ventanilla...
